2025 Hopes and Expectations

2024 was somewhat of a down year for Trackhouse.  While Daniel Suarez’s win early in the season secured him a contract extension, the entire year for the team was a bit of a step back.  After two years of making the playoffs, Ross Chastain uncharacteristically missed them in 2024, with his sole win coming after the playoff field had been set.  The addition of Shane Van Gisbergen gives Trackhouse a leg up on any road courses, as he’s a bona fide star on the lefts and rights.  Let’s not forget that Suarez and Chastain each have wins at Sonoma and COTA, respectively.  It might be early in SVG’s Cup Series career, but it’s not a stretch to say a successful year needs to have all three Trackhouse cars in the playoffs in 2025.
