Joe Williams is set to join Alpha Prime Racing as crew chief for Parker Retzlaff’s new No. 4 team in 2025. Williams brings experience from working with drivers like Hailie Deegan and Kyle Sieg in 2024, as well as a win with Cole Custer in 2022. Alpha Prime Racing recently announced a revamped lineup, including Retzlaff, and we think this new partnership could be a strong one.
