Amber Balcaen still has goals to achieve in racing and she has no intention of stopping until she achieves them. In 2025 she has one goal in mind and that’s to win. I had the chance to speak to her recently and she made that very clear. With her newly minted opportunity at Nitro Motorsports in the ARCA Menards Seres, She feels this is the right fit to achieve that goal.

“I want to win. I’m coming into this season with the belief that I can win, and I really think I can do that with Nitro Motorsports. They’re great guys, and they build fast cars. As for what else I have lined up in 2025, I’m still working on it. I’m hustling every day, trying to stay on track, keep my sponsors happy, and inspire others to pursue their dreams. I won’t give up on mine.”

She’s determined to win before she ever considers calling it a day. Her passion has not waned as we head toward the 2025 season.

“Racing is in my blood—it’s my passion. That drive never goes away. The more I race, the more confidence I gain in my abilities. I feel more capable than ever of winning, and I’m not leaving the sport until I win in the ARCA series. That’s my goal, and that’s what drives me.”

With her background as a motivational speaker, she understands how to persevere in trying times.

"I’ve been racing for 23 years, and I’ve done it all on my own—no big management team behind me. I’ve raised over $5 million for sponsorships and built my own brand. I run all my own social media, websites, and everything. Through both racing and business, I’ve learned a lot—made mistakes and learned from them. Now, I want to share those lessons to help others make their journey a little easier.”

In a recent practice session at Daytona, Amber Balcaen had the fastest car on the track. Going to the top of the board was a major confidence booster heading into the season.

“I’m really excited to work with Nick Tucker and the whole Nitro Motorsports team. We clicked right away, which is usually something that takes time to build. I trust them, and I think they trust me. I’m excited to see what we can accomplish together.”

The ARCA Menards Series kicks off next month at Daytona on February 15th.
